I know more than any expert that says Russians hacked the DNC servers to help Trump.  Hillary and her constant stream of idiot lies and the lies of her co-conspirators in the DNC are ruining the party and are going to mean a republican victory.  Wipe the DNC clean!

I hate Donald Trump like poison.  I hate anything to do with him and his sick tribe of sheep.   However, the "experts" have their own agenda.   What they are saying happens to be right on.   But the fact that they are his opposers, just makes one suspect of why they say what they do.  It is not a testament to much since they are not objective.

When you hear Obama or Clinton or even Elizabeth Warren down Trump and give honest examples as to why he his terrible, you wonder.   You wonder if they know what they are talking about because you wonder if they are any better.

I know they are right.  I KNOW they are much better.  But the fact that the Trump brigade will just turn around and accuse them back, is not getting us very far.  We are preaching to our own choir and they theirs.  No one is crossing over or being convinced of anything because our minds are set.

There is NOTHING Trump can do now to ever make me trust him or vote for him no matter what anyone says anymore.

I think the idiots on Trumps side, think the same about Hillary.

First things first, who are these experts, what party do they belong to, and do they have names?

  • If you believe that experts know better than ordinary people, why have democracy at all? Why not just embrace a technocracy where only experts get to vote?

The founders had their reasons for considering a democratic constitutional republic a better form of government.

There are no experts on how Trump would govern if elected because he has no track record of governing.

The only thing experts can tell us is how Trump is LIKELY to govern (based upon his personality traits) or how realistic some of his (very limited) policy proposals are, based upon the evidence of history. But things can change. When George W. Bush took office, the "experts" thought he would be largely a caretaker President of the legacy of Bill Clinton. Instead, 9/11 happened and The Boy Emperor led the country into a massive turn towards Authoritarian/Totalitiarian policies.

I don't think most of the criticisms of Trump require much expertise to understand. His lack of experience in any sort of public governance setting is obvious, most of his policy proposals are clearly ridiculous or recycled GOP failures ("Let's cut taxes on the rich. That always works!"), and his personality shortcomings are constantly on display. All of those SUGGEST Trump would be a poor President, and most of the counterarguments offered by Trump supporters distill down to "Well, I think HRC would be worse." There are no experts who can settle that taste-based argument.

Trump said he knows more about ISIS than the generals. He say only he alone can fix things. He says global warming is a hoax. I know of no expert about anything who agrees with him. Do you? Mahalo for your reply OS.

Really? So if you need brain surgery you won't go to a brain surgeon? You will let your next-door neighbor operate on you. If you want your car repaired you won't take it to a mechanic you will ask your 5-year-old child to do it for you? Seriously? Thank you for your reply AS and Happy Saturday.

It's hopeless Sharonna. I've already asked a question about it this morning. It's hopeless. Some of us believe Trump will be a disaster and destroy our country. His supporters think he is the best thing since sliced bread and  believe he will save the country. There is no possibility of discussing this with anyone except those who believe as you do. There is absolutely no wiggle room. No matter what Trump  says they stick with him because he is their savior and they will never abandon him. They are willing to take our country down to service him. How do you talk to people like that? You can't. Thank you for your reply. If  Americans actually elect Trump prez we are lost .  :(

Trump says he knows more about ISIS than the generals. Trump says only he alone can fix what is  wrong with America. Trump says global warming is a hoax. You may well believe him. I do not. I know of no expert who agrees with him. Do you? Thank you for your reply BSurf and Happy Saturday. I expect you will vote for Trump.  Different strokes.

  • It's not the same thing. There is a right way and a wrong way to do brain surgery/ car mechanics. It's an objective thing. Politics is subjective.

The idea that the little people are too stupid and uniformed to know what's good for them, is VERY dangerous idea. You have to decide whether you believe in democracy or not.

The "experts" uniformly denounce Hilary Clinton yet you support her. Why would you need credentials in order to think?

No one is allowed to opine just because so-called "experts" have proclaimed something?

    That Kool-Aid must be delicious.

  • Who exactly are you talking about? Which experts and what would classify as an expert? Everyone has an opinion. I've seen some "experts" explain that Trump's policies will actually strengthen the economy due to a number of factors but I've also heard the opposite.
