It seems intriguing and a bit spooky.

    Well I don't know. I'm aware there was a Vietnam war. Or maybe someone they know might have. And it wasn't exactly war but there was definitely tension in the cold war

    That's true.  Just because war is not being experienced by someone now, they may have had some experience in the past.

    I never heard that about the lights though.  Interesting.
