I think you might like it though. It's not really all that spooky.  It's a kids movie with puppets about these different "towns" for each holiday.  One day Jack Skelington finds a door leading from Halloween town to Christmas town and falls in love with Christmas and tries to bring Christmas to Halloween town But he screws it all up because he doesn't quite understand toys.  So Santa has to come and fix it all and everyone is friends in the end.
