When making automatic payments and receiving cash back do you normally swipe the stripe or chip the equip?

    Most retailers seem to have the chip-enabled terminal and prefer you to use the chip.  Some still only have the ability to read the strip on the back of the card.

    I tend to go for the chip reader first.
