    I knew they went out on a date but did she actually f*ck him, kiss him, or touch his penis in anyway?  I mean, if she went for underage penis and did nasty things with that underage penis, well then, hmmm.  I guess he would have to file a complaint and press charges against her for touching his penis.

    No.  No they didn't.  Just wishful thinking on your part.
    There was a 20 year age difference.  She went on a date with him and it supposedly ended with a kiss on the cheek.  
    Now, which cheek shall remain a mystery unless he spills the beans because old Flor is deader than a doornail and can't be charged or prosecuted.
