    I did not see the movie  Sbf. I'll look for it on TV. Thank you for your reply and Happy Saturday. The first time I heard him sing I was amazed. He had such a good voice. Trying to reconcile that with "Gomer Pyle" wan't easy. Anyway may he RIP.

    He also was never in a relationship with Rock Hudson, that was a joke that went viral (the punchline was that Hudson would change his name to "Rock Pyle"). Both were gay, neither was "out" at the time and the two barely knew each other.

    Funny weird m'dear. I don't recall hearing that Sbf and since both were Hollywood celebrities you'd think I would have. I know Nabors lived much of his later life in Hawaii. I think it was pretty well known out here that they were not straight as was true of Richard Chamberlain and I think Troy Donahue. Even when or especially when Rock married a gal named Phyllis we knew it was just a beard. We kinda knew what was going on but just didn't talk about it. Then they got divorced. He could say he had been married and it just didn't work out. I expect Phyllis got paid very well for doing that.Thank you for your reply and Happy Sunday! :)
