I have heard that extra blood flow to the stomach is necessary to speed the digestion of food, thus slightly reducing flow to the brain. I have no reference to cite that. I am lazy and drowsy even if I don't eat.

It's called conditioning Veena.  As babies, we are fed, then put down for a nap.
Then again, all the chemicals in our food probably make our bodies want to shut down for a while to get over the shock it's being forced to endure.

YOu are not combining them properly.

Too much concentrated food and not enough water based food.  YOu should have 3/4 fresh vegetables to 1/4 protein.

And don't eat too much food either.

You must taste my food...I feel sad Glis...veggies in US means steamed or eaten raw in salad form, naturally people hate it, if veggies are properly sautéed, cooked to perfection...I can assure you it will taste just heavenly;))

No one hates a delicious fresh salad.

But I do agree that most vegetables in this land are poor quality with not much flavor.

And I also agree with you that your brand of vegetable cooking is amazing.

I do think they should be combined though.  Not only cooked veggies because the heat draws the vitamin content out.  Kills those nutrients.

    BUT?  YUMMY.
