He is definitely a criminal, a crook a bum who used to be someone before he turned to evil. He is potentially the one who will bring down the clown so we need to give him what he asks for don't we? Who will hire him in the future? A move to Turkey or Russia and we will never hear any more about him. They would welcome him there with open arms for all he done for them.
