    I think you underestimate his destructive goals m'dear. Just imagine fracking going on simultaneous with building enormous structures all engraved with the word TRUMP. Condominium, apartments, palatial homes, shopping centers. The possibilities for making money are endless and he is wont to pursue them. He is obsessed with making money 24/7. He is an old man and that has been his MO since before he was born when he was in his momma's womb I expect. Just give him time. He will get around to it. SIGH.
