  • Nope...some idiot I work with ,  eats hard boiled eggs everyday I'm in office  by the coffee pot though. So eggs also ward off  people cos the smell makes me want to shove a pen in his throat.

    Eggs act lee.
I think if you eat eggs at work, you should disguise them in a milkshake so as to not draw attention to the  stinky farts they produce. Its the least you can do. ;P

Well of course it does.  Because if you do that the cholesterol will kill you with a heart attack first.

Thats actually a falicy.  Eggs have good cholesterol that is beneficial for your brain as well as your heart. I promise.

  • Also there is not much evidence that suggests cholesterol in foods causes high cholesterol in the circulatory system.

Cholesterol is actually an important part of the diet for brain and organ health.

No, I did not know that and frankly, I still doubt it A quite constant experience is that diet should be varied, and not 'all one thing', no matter how good that one thing is.

  • It might.  They are a good source of cholesterol and that's important for brain health.  The brain is pretty much just a blob of fat and cholesterol really.

    Still I doubt it.
