Why do I ask this question? Because we have house guests who are doing that A LOT! Is that normal? They monitor inside where they have their pets to see what they are up to...A LOT They monitor in front to see who is outside and what they are up to too. They monitor the sides and back of house. Not "occasionally" but constantly. What is normal in that circumstance?
