Ever experience OVERT discrimination? How was it manifested? Of course we will never know if the discrimination is covert, will we?

If you don't get the job they won't tell you it was because they didn't like your gender or skin color or appearance or age. You will get a letter thanking you for applying. They will say your experience didn't fit their needs but they will keep your resume on file for future openings. I suppose that's as good as it gets. Some places don't even send you letters. Would you rather get a letter or not get one even when you KNOW it isn't going to tell you the true why of your rejection? Why?

    We are all discriminate one way or another thru our life experiences and for good reason.

     would you seriously consider hiring a person regardless of race with baggy pants ,hoodie,cap on backwards and can't carry a conversation?   if you would poor you.
