No problem. I like your attitude that "No one here can hurt you." I have let people on some of these sites get to me in the past. It's healthier if you can get what you want from this experience and also be able shake it off when people are mean on these sites or at least take a break from it and return later. "It's just a f__kin website" is what I tell myself when people are rude. Then I turn off my phone and go back to the real world for a while. You know what I mean?
Other than one here, most of us here are respected by one another. Most of us are long time friends from AnswerBag. We have fun with each other...minor insults, stupid responses, flirting etc. But again, it is all in fun.
I think putting my thoughts out there on these platforms may be worth more to me than anyone. It gets it out of my head. Sometime I read my questions and the threads that follow. When they're in text form I can understand my own thoughts better. I can read them and pick them apart and decide what's correct and what isn't and what direction I need to go in my life. Whithout putting some of it in text it's a lot to try to do all in my head. These websites are like a tool to help me sort through my thoughts. To answer your question, yes my thoughts are worth a lot to me.
My two cents isn't all about the price tag... It's about negotiating how much you think they are worth.
I'll bet you a 1,000,000 bucks that you won't get a penny for your thoughts or a wooden nickle. The anti is 1,000,000. That is 100,000,000 pennies or 20,000,000 nickles (not wooden.)
It's about the wisdom and knowledge behind them and how you deliver your message to others.
Big huge hugs and giggles to you Veena! You're enthusiasm and belief is beautiful. Actually, I am not. But, when it comes to multiples of "10", I can look like one! Hahahaha!!! Thanks Veena for your vote of confidence ;)
