    I think He was speaking of the responsibility of looking after people and families, caring that they were  all paid and cared for well. It's not in his nature to 'sacrifice' - and I'm not even sure if it's a good thing at all, He seems to do things out of love, enjoyment and abundance, sacrifice isn't in it...one of the things I love about him
