Says a man whose ancestors came to what is now considered the USA, who stole the land from the people and now want to stop others from trying to better their lives, just as his ancestors did.

I would suggest that this oration is somewhat hypocritical. This post was edited by Charlies Angel at December 12, 2017 8:26 PM MST

Your post is meaningless.  We still take the tired poor huddled masses but they must come legally, just like they did when Trump and my ancestors came here and registered on entry.

What about that don't you understand?

There was no America at that time.  Seems you skipped American history all together.

Your reading comprehension leaves a lot to be desired, I wrote 'Says a man whose ancestors came to what is now considered the USA'

Honey, this comment is in response to you bringing Mr. Columbus into the conversation.  I know I know, the thread can be confusing but those little numbers help you know what is being said by whom and to whom and in response to what.  You'll catch on.  Over and out. So you have the passengers on the Mayflower arriving at what is not yet the USA, in time they and others of their ilk take over the country by force, once they have total control they then stop others from doing exactly what they themselves did, ie. try to have a better life.

Actually, I care for the U.S.A. very much but then again I'm not the one destroying it. This post was edited by Zack at December 12, 2017 10:00 PM MST

No and Yes. It is too big to ignore, but the culture there include some pretty bad habits.
