Would you give aptitude tests when the applicants are hooked up to lie detectors to weed out the ringers and only hire the undermining saboteur wannabes? Or is there an underground replete with traitors...an employment agency if you will...to which you can go and take your pick? They had an underground railway to take former slaves away to safety. Surely there is an underground traitor network to take down countries.
