D'ya s'pose it's simple payback? Humans kill animals all the time..purposely. Animals have a right to return the favor don't they?

At least the animals don't have the need to mount the stuffed heads of the humans they killed on their cave walls or dens or wherevers. At least they have that modicum of decency not to show off/brag/have photos taken with their "conquests". SIGH. That's why animals are more humane than humans. They don't strut their stuff and try to impress others with their prowess. :(

    I wouldn't say they're humane, they do some pretty horrible things to each other as well. But they don't really know any better and being humane is a human concept anyway, but so is being inhumane so you can't really accuse an animal of that either. But, yeah, they should be able to defend themselves if they're being attacked just like we can defend ourselves if we're under attack, whether it be a person or an animal.
