I don't engage with neighbors I dislike... I do have a wonderful neighbor, she brings us cookies and homemade jam etc. It is funny cause the lady we bought our house from told us how mean and evil this sweet lady was supposed to be.
Clearly the lady from whom you bought your home brought out the worst in your neighbor. It happens. Thank you for your reply m2c and Happy Tuesday to thee.
