    Element's answer plus............go outside and start doing what you were doing this time last year so that you will feel like you did this time last year.  Video games have one purpose.........harming those who use them in excess.  Some of them are harmful even if played with self control.  Don't become a slave to technology, especially that which turns you into a zombie.
