Like I said it might be cold against the skin in the winter and one time I had a suit covered in a garbage bag hanging the closet and it got really hot one summer and the bag melted to the suit and ruined it. I think trash bag clothing could be fun to practice clothing design or for costumes or just to have something unique and creative, but I don't know if that thin plastic is practical for extreme climates so I don't think that I can support the wearing of unused trash, bin/bag liners as clothing 100%.
