    No one is laughing.  That is the sound of hysterics.   The President, you see, so far?  Is getting away with murder.  Over and over again.

    He is the only one laughing at US.

    The book is sold out in bookstores from Maine to Alaska! The author says he should give doofus don et al a box of chocolates to show his appreciation for the publicity! "The book the president doesn't want you to read!" That's how it will be referred to hencefoth. Doofus and the lawyer boys aren't as clever as they think they are!:)  Thank you for your reply Sharon. :)
