If he does finally admit it then he also admits the possibility that it could have had an impact on the outcome. How? Because all the fake accounts and fake news on the internet promulgating LIES that people read and bought affected what they thought about the candidates. How could it not? Since the donjohn prez is so insecure about not having won the popular vote he dares not admit that the election was tampered with specifically to insure that he be the one elected. He will die first before he does that. So the US will not be protected against hacking by foreign countries because the donjohn ego is so fragile it cannot take it.
