Pond scum can be used in fertilizer and fuel. So it has value. Of what value are racists/bigots? Can they be used in fuel/fertilzer too?
Scum is stinky, slimy, disgusting plant-like growths on ponds, lakes, seas, bays. That it has value is surprising.
