I s'pose you'd have to have lived under a rock or in a cave to not know The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam! THE MOVING FINGER?

I wonder if the donjohn knows about it?

"The Moving Finger writes and, having writ,

If he ever read would he have comprehended the meaning? Think he quotes famous lines from anything?
