Depends on the actions that go with them to determine which is worse. A racist who doesn't act on their hatred would not be as bad as a traitor who attempts to kills people. And vise versa. A liar again depends on the topic...if lying about the safety of a product causing harm is certainly worse than someone having bad thoughts with no actions.
But generally, I would say in order from bad to worse: Racism, treason, lying
