We the people could buy him a palace and he could just operate from there and be King. That would certainly prove to Vlad that donjohn is sincere in wanting better relations between the US and RUSSUR. Maybe an amendment to the Constitution would be required but I'm sure all of Congress/Senate/donjohn base would support it. They will never deny him anything. There are currently palaces for sale and nothing would be too good for him. He is used to only the best. Buy him a Palace with some of those priceless jeweled expensive "eggs". The closer to the Russian Kremlin the better. He and Vlad could meet daily that way. Nothing surreptitious about it. Two despot Kings being despotically kingly daily over borscht and caviar and VODKA. Donjohn would learn to dink VODKA for Vlad! Cozy setup. Lotsa photo ops!
