First, second, fifth or tenth, it made it to the Bill of Rights and that is all that matters. We're not talking about judging a science fair where one presentation is a little better than another and if you don't win, place or show, you get an "honorable mention".
I don't think you understand. Amendments were added piecemeal and not in the order of importance. Just because it is #1 does not make it any more or less important than the others.
