When the growling dog comes at you and you see it is toothless/harmless...all bark no bite...why would you pay any attention to it again?

A toothless clawless gutless barking dog is no threat to anyone..no matter how loud or incessant the barking. Fool  me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Does the Nunes really think that anyone will ever take him seriously for anything ever again? Only sycophantic toadies with no moral core would do that because they don't know any better. They love to be fooled by loud noises.

    Well toothless or not it will try to bite me which is just what they do so how would I know?  I have been bitten and more than once and I would rather not be so I avoid dogs as much as possible.  And even if all they do is bark I don't much care for that either because it is noisy.
