"In a certain period of time". How long is that exactly? "In a short period of time". Is that longer or shorter than a "certain" period?

"We'll see what happens"and "we are going to look into that". Now all of those are definitely infinitely indefinite and fluid. Is it because the person who says those things doesn't have a clue or a plan and doesn't know so those are the fillers used to make it sound as if actual thinking is occurring and will when in fact nothing is happening or will happen? How many times have you heard those words and how many times did you learn about the afterwards? Meaningless words that fill up space are worth what and why?

    It's the exact period of time one needs when one has zero idea of the outcome.

    A short period of time can be dragged on indefinitely.  And when his stupid base has forgotten what he said last week, then that period of time may not even exist any longer.

    Stop bringing up unpleasant memories you damned TRUTH SEEKERS!!!!

    You know what I wish I had done Sharon? Every single time doofus don said any of those things I should have written down the date/time/to what it referred and where he said it from(a rally no doubt). I betcha there'd be thousands or hundreds or dozens or maybe at least one or two. Also d'ya remember doofus don told us Melania would have a press conference and tell us all about how her coming to this country was TOTALLY LEGAL? That was during the campaign I think. I'm still waiting. Have you heard a word from the NERD about that? And years ago when he sent investigators to Hawaii to find out about Obama's birth he told us he had some very strong info and would let us know about how Obama wasn't a citizen or a Christian? Obama was prez of course. Now later  on the doofus don WAS FORCED to admit Obama is a citizen. But I wanna know exactly what info he got from the sleuths he sent to Hawaii. He is a great promiser but a very crappy deliverer. I'm still waiting for the  nerd to report back to us on that. Or could he have been totally bulsh**ting us? Naw. No one is that dumbsh** stupid . Right? Thank you for your reply.  So far doofus is silent about the stockmarket. It's all on him of course since he took all the credit for the upswing. He is such an embarrassing coward. I bet his papa and mapa would disown him! :(
