There is ZERO bipartisanship in gerrymandering. It always services the gerrymanderer 100%. Some have been declared illegal. Can folks vote?

Some gerrymandered districts have been declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL by the courts because they were so clearly and obviously created to control the votes. Now can these cheaters reconfigure them so they are Constitutional and legal before the November mid-terms or are the voters out of luck and so is the system of voting?  Disgusting doesn't begin to describe it or them. The desperate losers who do this KNOW they will never win if they let the people vote fairly so they simply take FAIR away and control the outcome. The American way for those who can get away with it. Are ALL pols really that crooked? Every single one? Everywhere on the entire planet earth? :(

    I think they should start at border and draw a straight line until the population number is reached for each district. 
    No party involved. Just need a land surveyor.

    Yeah, we'll just get started on that right now.  We will cut Medicare and Medicaid and get started on this project.  It should be completed about 2020.
