Divine Providence? District Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel (the "mexican" judge donjohn complained about) is back in the news. Surprised?

Environmental advocacy groups and the State of California are challenging the DHS(Department of Homeland Security) whose plans for the TRUMPWALL include bypassing environmental impact studies along the California/Mexican border. Judge Curiel wants the DHS to explain WHY it is in such a hurry to begin the building that it will simply ignore the usual process of beginning with doing and assessing the environmental impact? Once he receives that information he will review it  and give his ruling.  I betcha the donjohn prez is so happy he protested/insulted this Judge earlier. Let's see what the donjohn comes up with the second time around. Is he gonna  DOUBLEDOWN?
