Trump is an intellectually vacuous buffoon. I don't spend a lot of time thinking about him in any context and, quite honestly, I don't understand why others do. It's unhealthy to let a politician--to let ANYONE--take up this much psychological real estate.

I think it's because Trump supporters don't burn the American and Israeli flag while screaming "Long live Intifada" in American accents and saying "death to the USA" ... I would say by political standards a Trump rally would be the safest.
Despite your opinion of Trump he usually kicks out people for being disruptive instead of just standing there letting people take over his stage or just letting them interrupt him speaking. Trump has also canceled rallies if it was proved to be too unsafe for the people trying to get in.
