What is the most EXOTIC animal head you've seen cut off, stuffed and mounted on a trophy wall? Ever seen an ENTIRE stuffed animal?

Most of the animals I have seen stuffed are the entire animal, especially if you don't count deer.
The most exotic I can think of is a full body mount of an African lion at Bass Pro Shops in Springfield Mo.

A stuffed jack rabbit with antlers on display in a pub in Steinbach Manitoba -a very rare species found only in southeastern Manitoba.

I never asked anybody about it but the 'antlers' kind of resembled the wishbone from a turkey or some bird just stuck there for the novelty effect.

If what you saw looked like the picture posted by m2c then it was jackalope which I think is real unless she tricked me!  Thank you for your reply Kg and Happy Tuesday to thee! :)

It is a myth, they are usually creations of a taxidermist. The pictures I posted are not of a real Jackalope.
There are some bunnies with growths that resemble antlers. But sadly they actually cancerous tumors. This is likely the source for the myth of the Jackalope and there is thought that a similar disease perhaps started the myth of the unicorn as well.
    Here is a link.https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shope_papilloma_virus

Here are real photos of some rabbits suffering from the disease. (Which I actually just learned about while looking for the above picture)
