When the time comes for them to VOTE the teens speaking out now will not vote for anyone who gets money from the NRA. Does that matter?

 All that will be left are old white men who support the NRA-bought and paid for Pols.

    Those are future voters that the ones who are running for office will need. So they better listen and pay heed to their words. They mean it.

    I think this is a very motivated group; maybe the most motivated since the 1960s when the country needed a good shake-up by those that would be most affected by the current policies.

    Most of those kids will be old enough to vote in the next election and I do think there will be a big turn around.

    I believe so too. I do. It isn't a political issue as they have said. It is a human issue. A commonsense issue. The fact that these jacka** pols have politicized it speaks ill of them and the teens will let them know that what they sow they will reap...which is to say if they are tainted by the stench of NRA money they will not be elected to office. The worm has turned. Affiliation with the NRA marks you as being unworthy. Finally.  Thank you for your reply Lulu'sMom and Happy Friday! :)

    A lot of us were shocked when he got in and a lot of us want to make sure a bad mistake is not repeated.  Let's hope the Dems gives us a decent candidate to get excited about.

    I think you are going to see a big turn-out in the 2020 elections.  Many people, especially the younger generation are not liking what they see with the current administration.  I don't think this will be another generation of apathy and "status-quo".

    I believe they are the STEPFORD WIVES who were in fashion in the yesterdays of our lives. They are anchored to what their husbands tell them to believe and they wouldn't think of going against their lord and master. Seriously. They do not think for themselves and haven't since they got married. They obediently do/say/think what their husbands allow them to and don't dare go beyond that. They are getting fewer and fewer in number as the population is becoming more colorized and less pasty puffy white. Thank you for your reply Sharon and Happy Friday! :)
