how fast would a human have to run in order to be cut in half by a cheese cutting wire

I'll guess about 65km per hour or 40 mph might be fast enough to cut a body right in half with a wire.
Just a guess.

That depends on how taut the wire is.

The faster he run, the more likely it is that the wire will break instead of cutting into him. Especially if he is dressed (as most people are)
