Why would countries in the world who function globally pay any attention to a country that worhips Isolation/Nationalism/Firstism?

Who would want fret about or bother with the snob who looks down n everyone else and believe he is superior to all?

    ... because that country controls one of the largest (if not THE largest) nuclear arsenals, and has a 200+ year history of using its military against other nations to get its way.
