Me outdo you? Never gonna happen. Anyway I don't believe in competition for anything sweetie for me. It ain't my cuppa tea. I avoid it. I have no interest in "winning" anything. Never have. Never will. Competition brings out the very best in some and the VERY WORST in others. I don't want any part of it. Happy Saturday to thee D! :)

All carrots use to be Mauve before man messed with nature.....now so much food is adulterated and not fit for human consumption......more so in America with its vast GM industries :(
I believe you can still buy the original mauve Carrots in some organic farm suppliers in England.... It was one hundred years ago or more that someone changed the colour from mauve to orange..... In England the huge supermarket chains own all the vegetable seed rights.....so only a very few verities are grown and sold...... There are hundreds of different verities of Tomatoes ...so many different colours, shapes and different tastes, from very bitter to sweet.....
All seed stockist and large companies control everything you eat and to a large degree what ends up in it.....:(
America must be far far worse than England.....There must be so much more money envolved over there...:(
Lemme tell ya things are so much prettier these days. As a kid bell peppers were always green. Cauliflower was always white. Potatoes were always brown. Onions ere always the brown skinned kind. Now? I have red, green, orange and yellow bell peppers in the fridge. Of course they are all the same bell pepper. The longer you let stay on the vine they change colors. I have yellow gold potatoes and I used to buy only the red because they supposedly have less starch in them. I have red onions as well as white. I'm not a fan of yellow onions. I've purchased orange cauliflower. I have purchased and eaten purple potatoes. They are supposed to be the healthiest along with least starchy.Foods are marked "Non-GMO" and I am drawn to them for obvious reasons. But not everything is marked so I'm sure we we do ingest GMO and the thought of that makes me lose my appetite! Thank you for your reply D! :)
That has gotta be one of the nicest things anyone anywhere has ever said to me PeaPod! My sister thanks you. And I thank you! Doofus don never looked so good. Orange is definitely his color don'tcha think? Thank you for your reply and the graphic m'dear and Happy Saturday! :)
