Isn't it a shame when someone catches a catfish you just know must be 100 years old by its size yet only to end up on a dinner plate?

    But how many creatures ended up on the catfish's dinner plate?
    Everything ends up on someone's dinner plate eventually. Nature is just one big dinner party, but you shouldn't overindulge. That's not good for anyone.

    Catfish live between 20-30 yrs.

    I don't know if this applies to catfish, but someone once caught a 20 lb. lobster.  Everyone thought it would be wonderful to feed so many, but it seems that the older a lobster gets, the less tender the meat.

    I think the catfish has explored all he needs to of this plane.  He is free to be a catfish or maybe devolve into President some new lifetime.

    So, NOTE:  In the picture below we see Trump devolving, but the Catfish is actually before the first picture of Trump.

    Supposedly, the final triumph over death occurs after we have moved on from this life.

    The one question I do wonder about is what is the role and purpose of the suffering and death of all creation below us humans in the animal kingdom on on the philogenetic scale.

    (And yes, I am also curious about all of the other Kingdoms on that scale as well.)
