Can you LIKE someone who LOVES someone whom you detest? Or does that get in the way so you keep your distance?

Yes.  Seems to me once we start excluding or keeping our distance from people just for that reason we end up being either alone or cliquish.

Isn't every choice you make due to your preference? Why would you end up alone? We are all cliquish og. That is a human inevitability. You belong to a church..you belong to a political party..you belong to a group. They are all cliques. You don't protest what you agree with. You protest with that which you don't. Everywhere you go..every choice you make.  You will always end up in a clique made up of those who agree with you. Whether you end up alone is quite unlikely. Someone somewhere agrees with you. We are not unique though we like to think we are. Whatever you feel/believe others do too. So there you are in a clique. Thank you for your reply og! :)

Well it's not easy but yes you can. I have  a  freind  that is a Trump  supporter and  I still like him. I used to have 2  friends  that were  Trump supporters but recentally one of them seen the light and  dosn't support Trump anymore.  Now we have to get the other buddy to see the light. Cheers!

That's beyond great Nanoose. If the other "friend" has any brains it should be a piece of cake to help him/her see the light! Good job! Thank you for your reply and Happy Tuesday m'dear!  :)
