This is not something that goes away with pills. I had it for years. What helped was exercise plus a good doctor.

There are a number of exercises you can do https://www.healthline.com/health/back-pain/sciatic-stretches some of them look like they require the patient to be quite young and bendy but the one about resting your left ankle on your right knee (and then switching to right ankle on left knee) even I can do. I usually sit that way, but thankfully not because of pain.

those exercises that Thriftymaid give are excellent.
HOWEVER..........YOU NEED TO GET TO A CHRIPRACTOR......RIGHT AWAY..........
IT'S THE ONLY way to treat this.........not pain pills, etc....but these exercises, which a chiro would give you to do, and other chiropractic treatments!!
PLEASE......DON'T MESS AROUND WITH THIS.........!!
