You would carry it with you always. Point it in the direction of the speaker and wait. If the person speaks the truth your device remain silent. If not your device loudly outs the LIAR at the top of its "lungs" so everyone within earshot knows the speaker doth lie. How much would you pay for it? Or would you want no part of it?
