I heard they opened with a global warming video telling the other countries to clean up their act.... funny coming from a country without flushing toilets and sewage in their rivers.

About the Russians; they ALL should have been banned.  Their government sponsored the doping of their athletes.

I think they didn't ban all of them because they would lose that audience.
