When you're in a lousy mood and "kick the cat" figuratively does your SO still love you though maybe he/she doesn't like you so much at that moment? We all get in moods. We all have good days and bad days. Does your partner give you wiggle room on your bad days and not hold it over your head when you get back to being your own sweet self? My Jim is a jewel in so many ways. That is one of them. Thank you for your reply D. Did I clarify things for thee? Happy Wednesday to you too! :)
Yes, thanks Rosie...I was in some kind if malaise last night when I wrote that...lol I can do no wrong at home since my very first day of capture really....lol
I can be quite hard work at times ,mostly because I never shut up and always need the last word in everything ...lol
It must be working for you NJ. When it stops you will stop. You will minimize and not need to have the last word. That can drive people crazy, changing your MO. Changing what you have accustomed them to? Yep. Been there done that! Thank you for your reply! :)
We all are subject to different moods that effectively make us different persons at different times---sad person, happy person, mad person, person in pain, etc.
Responding to those manifestations of our partners feelings is part of a long term commitment with another human being.
I 100% agree with thee tom. We give each wiggle room. Gotta do it. At my worst I'm sure Jim doesn't like me a whole lot during those moments but when I get back to my normal self he is sweet and kind and never once brings it up. It doesn't happen often luckily. He has his moments too but he is among the least angry people I've ever known. My dad was like that and my son too. I don't know if gals vent more often and with more passion and get a lot angrier than guys. I expect they do. I'm gonna ask. Thank you for your reply tom! :)
It's a kindness if you can give them wiggle room and then when things get back to normal not make them pay for it. Thank you for your reply Walt and Happy Wednesday! :)
