At least try to understand the dynamics of wielding power without needing to go so far to approve of it.

    This moron SOB  wants  so badly to be IMPORTANT that he doesn't consult anyone about this and just  runs like a bull in a China shop over to kiss Kim Jong Un's ass.

    This is like announcing to the world to arm themselves and get attention from world powers who will meet with you.    He seriously thinks Kim Jong Un will do his bidding.  WHAT AN Unimaginably STUPID move.   He is alienating his whole cabinet and Congress to appease his pathetic base.
