    How can a toad ever drain a swamp?  Its little hands can’t fit around the drain plug.

     

    Toads thrive in swamps.  It’d be counterproductive for our “toad-in-chief” to destroy his habitat.  Yes, the “swamp” is full of blood-sucking mosquitoes (republicans?) and snakes (democrats?).  However, the swamp is controlled by a multi-headed hydra (lobbyists, corporations, wealthy investors, etc.).  Over the years, this hydra has actually become the swamp.  Therefore, in order to “drain the swamp” one would first have to slay the hydra.  But the hydra is shrewd.  It’s blinded the occupants of the swamp into seeing that their beloved “home” is sucking the life out of the land around the swamp.  The hydra doesn’t care, as when that land dies, it’ll simply “relocate”, leaving behind those it “claims” to sustain to fend for themselves.  Sadly, many fail to realize is that our “toad-in-chief” is really just another head of the giant hydra.

    ((HUGS)) That's for the warning m'dear. You paid attention! THANKS A BUNCH! As for your reply if you are not a writer YOU SHOULD BE. Seriously. I'd read everything you published. You get on a tear and go with it. I don't remember one response you ever contributed to any question I asked that was ordinary or uninteresting. I'm just saying if you're looking around for another career or to branch out consider writing down your observations. There is a market for it. Just wanted to get that out of the way Shuhak. So d'ya think this North Korea "meeting" is real or phony as a $3 bill? Just a ruse to change the subject? Also I read that the doofus don's lawyers want to make a deal with Mueller. If he ends the investigation doofus don will sit down with him for an interview. Of course the lawyers will narrow down what can be asked. I mean seriously does anyone think Mueller would agree to that? Doofus is facing a lot of heat for STORMY DANIELS, TARIFFS and RUSSIA/TRUMP collusion. More and more info comes out as Mueller interviews the folks who KNOW and are flipping right and left (if they don't tell the truth off to jail they will go) and so doofus don knows his time on the hotseat is getting closer and he is desperate. He started a trade war. What's next? Nuclear war? The guy is such a fruitcake I wouldn't put it past him. He once asked someone "why do we have nuclear weapons if we're not going to use them"? SIGH. He goes off in so many directions.  Reminds me of something I read long ago. A woman kept building and building and building onto her house. Stairways to nowhere. It came out that I think a fortune teller told her that she would die when she stopped adding on to the house. I don't know if it's apocryphal or real but doofus keeps doing such weird things maybe a fortune teller told him to keep doing it or he'd die. Thank you for your thoughtful humor/satire.     You're welcome.  I do try to pay attention.

    I've written a few stories over the years (novels, a children's book, and such), but only one was good enough to even consider publishing.

    Do they KNOW it's a lie and they don't give a rat's a** or do they really think doofus don always speaks the truth? How do they reconcile the backtracks, the broken promises, the ignoring of what was said before and reversed? Maybe brainwashing does that? The brain shrinks and so there is uch less of it to function.  Thank you for your reply Sharon and the nifty graphic and Happy Sunday!  :)

    Answer to your first sentence.  It does not matter whether they do or not.  They would still say the same thing in the end.   They are worse than sheep.  They are zombies.

    I think if they knew they would not be delusional and maybe could be flipped back to reality from the edge of insanity. If they don't know then there is no hope. Thank you for your reply and the graphic Sharon and Happy Monday! :)
