You can make them both the same way.  (Here's a Flounder one)

I caution you though.  I have GIVEN up buying reduced fish or frozen fish from some stores.  They are OLD and flash- frozen and smell when they thaw.

I have had this happen more than 5 times.

So, I like fish.   I love fish.  I know how to cook fish, but I don't have the money to buy fresh fish that I know is good.  Not very often.

SO, I eat McDonald's fish sandwiches that are Pollock.  I buy tuna in cans on sale and make it for sandwiches and I love fish salads as well.

    (salmon is great too)

Long John Silvers has flounder. But if ya really want good fish, ya gotta get Walleye and Yellow Perch from the Great Lakes region.  All else is just second rate! ( yeah, I got pollock in my freezer, too)

Simmer it in some good stir fry sauce and serve it over rice.  That will cover the frozen fish smell and taste.   It should be good, enjoy.
