Are you as open, honest and honorable when you criticize those you like for doing wrong as you are those you dislike?

Are those you like always right and those you dis always wrong? Then it's easy peasy for you isn't it? How does it feel to hang out with perfect people? You must be perfect too or  hey would not want you around. Have you been perfect your entire life? Ever done/said anything that wasn't? What about those you like? Inquiring minds wanna know  they things.

Criticism is defined as “the act of criticizing usually unfavorably.” (merriam-webster.com) I think this definition is one of the better ones. Most of the time criticism is a negative thing but constructive criticism can be a positive outlet to build someone up while still helping them through some flaws, mistakes or weaknesses they may have. Whether you criticize in a negative or positive way, the main thing to remember is that YOU have the choice to decide how you will criticize. That said, any kind of negative criticism is unnecessary and foolish especially when it's done in a constant and caustic manner. I know because I used to take part in such. That is until it came back to slap me 10 ways to Friday. I hopefully learned my lesson. If someone I like (friend) asks for my opinion or critique on what they may have said or done, be it negative or positive in manner, or want to say and do, be it negative or positive in manner, I'll give a constructive one. If they don't ask for my critique, I won't give it. Unless of course what they may say or want to do, may cause them or others mental, physical, or spiritual harm. Then I will say something even if they don't ask. Though I may dislike what some people do and say, I don't really dislike them as a person. My same principle apples to them.

Thank you for your thoughtful reply ru. So you are the same whether you like or dislike the person. That is admirable. Happy Tuesday to you! :)
