    I am far from being bubbly.  I wouldn't say I'm still wine, more like a complex wine.  As a wine, I'm more on the light-bodied side, not powerful, but not austere either.

    Odd how we perceive ourselves versus how others perceive us.  The wine you describe seems suitable to serve with a fruit-and-cheese plate. That is to say something light, refreshing but not really memorable. Certainly adequate. Which is fine in wine. Not so much in people. I think you could be served with any meal and it would be the wine that was remembered, not the food. Since I'm a Foodie I relate almost everything to food at one time or another.
