What happens if the donjohn flees to a country that does not provide for extradition? How would Mueller and others get him back for trial?

As the noose tightens round his rotund neck figuratively what's to prevent donjohn from fleeing to another country which will provide a safe haven for him until he dies? Or he could flee to Russia and live with Putin under Putin Protection forever couldn't he?  What's to stop the donjohn from disappearing besides his need for constant attention?

    Don'tcha think he already has bazillions in banks in the Cayman's and in Swiss Banks and in other offshore locations? If he doesn't I'd be shocked.  Of course his usefulness is already marginal to Putin and would be nil if this particular useful idiot weren't prez.
