Neither one, it's just the end of the day.

I do not measure my progress by day- to- day events.

I measure it by the long term.  In the long term, what I did will see if my ends justify my means to get where I want to, to succeed at what really matters.

Some days I want to die, I feel so badly.  Some days I may have a worse day than the day I felt badly about, and feel great.

It is about centering yourself and getting your emotions in tow.    If you are really conscious and aware?  Not much can affect you negatively.

I don't have to feel either.  I am me consistently.  I've gotten used to being around me and I'm good company.  That's all.

I take stock of myself DAILY Sharonna. I always have. Some days I feel good about myself at the end of then. Other days I KNOW I could have done better and should have done better so by reflecting DAILY I try to do better the next day. Sometimes I do sometimes I don't. But I keep trying. Thank you for your thoughtful reply. Different strokes! :)

The weigh scale tips to the proud side, because I think twice and act once.
